Up for auction i have a nice COBRA 2000GTL base station radio for parts or repair!!This 2000 is pretty clean but not new!!!This radio needs finals it has no transmit or receive.The meters are in good working order not stuck!! Dont miss out.

OK all I know about this Cobra 2000 GTL is that it
was my grate grandmothers and then became my fathers in witch he used most of my
childhood to talk to his cb buddys but now he is gone and it has became mine and
I have no plans to use it. I would rather see someone get the same enjoyment
that my father did.The radio seems to be in pretty good condition for the age
and all the use it has had. It only has one matching Cobra speaker with it and a
turner +50 mike I think it is a off the wall brand but I am not to sure.

Up for bid is my own non-mistreated Cobra 2000 GTL 40 Channel CB Radio that was made in the Phillipines where the best of the Cobra 2000 was made. Come with an owner's manual, matching speaker cabinet and a D-104 Silver Eagle mic, plus a 4 to 5 pin adaptor so you can use any 4-pin mic. Features include dynamike plus, rf gain, swr cal control, tone, voice lock fine/coarse, mode switch (lsb/am/usb), speaker switch, ANL switch, NB switch, pa/cb switch, swr/swr cal mod switch, phones jack, aux output. Unit has the frequency counter and digital clock, time set switch and dynalert for alarm and radio. This radio is in excellent condition with all of the knobs, switches, meters, clock, and frequency counter functioning like they are supposed to. It is very loud and has very clean audio. Last month when I had it peak & tune, my technician could not believe what he saw when he open it, “Made in 1993, a Cobra 2000 that has not been touch, No Dial-A-Watt, no open clarifier, no extra channels - strictly stock”.
